Chopped salad chain Chop Stop will soon expand its Las Vegas presence with a second location, on Durango Drive. The chain has begun hiring cashiers, salad makers, dishwashers, and shift leaders, according to an ad posted on Craigslist yesterday.
Chop Stop—whose other Las Vegas location can be visited at 6805 S Las Vegas Blvd, inside Vons Plaza—is a chain of chopped salad restaurants with 27 outlets, mostly in the Southwest.
The chain offers highly customizable salad choices like the Caesar Chop, the Asian Chop with sesame teriyaki, and the Roasted Garlic Chop. The menu also features Chopurrito rice bowls, with varieties including the Southwestern Chopurrito and the Cilantro Onion Chopurrito. Guests can also build their own chops from selections of greens or grains like kale and quinoa, plus their choice of toppings and dressings.
The upcoming outlet at 7425 S Durango Drive is located not far from the intersection with W Warm Springs Blvd, near eateries like China A Go Go, Mr. Shota, and Fiesta Filipina Cuisine. The location’s opening date is unknown at this time.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Chop Stop VP of Operations Joey Gonzalez on Tuesday morning. Gonzalez was unavailable for comment.
