All hands on deck. Crab Island is preparing its newest restaurant just west of the Las Vegas Strip for a July opening.

The spicy Cajun chain has three isles: a northwest Crab Island on Rock Springs Drive, a southeast Crab Island on Pecos Road, and a Cajun Crab House on Boulder Highway. The fourth isle will settle into a corner space at Spanish Palms Plaza that had formerly housed the Japanese cafe Eat N Play.

Crab Island offers an extensive seafood menu that includes calamari, clams, black mussels, lobster rolls, shrimp po boys, and king crab legs. As they say, there are plenty of fish in the sea–and Crab Island has them all. Seafood lovers would be remiss not to visit this treasure trove.

Crab Island at 5693 S Jones Boulevard will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
