Crab N Spice is known for its unmatched all-you-can-eat seafood boil prices, which start at $38.99 at the three locations already up and running in the Valley. But, somehow, the quickly growing chain is set to beat its own price with the opening of its newest location at 6910 South Rainbow Road, Unit 100.
“Our goal is to have something affordable, great quality, and great experience,” said Crab N Spice Las Vegas Franchisee Ian McMillian.
McMillian, who has exclusivity for the brand in the Vegas market, told What Now Las Vegas that the price for the AYCE seafood boil at the new Crab N Spice, slated to open by the end of January 2026, will start at a whopping $27.99. It’s a rate that’s not only delightfully surprising but is also hard to find anywhere else in the Valley.
Crab N Spice started in a home kitchen in Ventura, California, in 2014. The booming business is now a multi-location chain with seven eateries in California and three in Las Vegas. McMillian recently opened a Crab N Spice location in Chinatown off of Arville St. The local owner shared that the new location, which is revving up to open on South Rainbow, will open up the franchise to Vegas locals.
“We want to be closer to our locals. So, if they want Crab N Spice, it’s only a couple of minutes away,” McMillian said.
“We just want them to have them be able to experience a great seafood boil, experience all-you-can-eat, and enjoy the Crab N Spice experience.”
McMillian runs the restaurants with his family and is looking forward to extending the family business to the Greater Las Vegas community.
“It’s very rewarding because as a family we get to help each other, at the same time we get to help people,” McMillian said.
