With three locations currently operating in Vegas and another in Sugar Land, Texas—plus two delivery-only satellite locations in ColoradoCrazy Pita is looking to launch another new location in its Las Vegas hometown. After finding building permit paperwork describing a new Crazy Pita opening inside a Walmart location, What Now reached out Mehdi Zarhloul, CEO of Crazy Pita Restaurant Group, to ask about the brand’s plans.

“We’re going to be opening in the Walmart at Rainbow and Spring Mountain,” Zarhloul told What Now in a phone conversation, estimating an opening in Q4 2024 for the Walmart outpost.

The new location’s menu will feature the same favorites found at any other Crazy Pita location. Guests will be able to order from the menu or in at a build-your-own-style pita bar. The location will have seating for guests to enjoy their food there in-store.

You’ve been serving food in Vegas for a while now. What’s been the most popular thing on the menu recently? What Now asked Zahrloul.

“These days, the skewers are the most popular. The mixed grill of two, with chicken and steak. Lamb is also gaining a lot of popularity—probably even more than the steak. And I do lamb in a lot of different ways.”

Zarhloul added that the menu will feature the brand’s popular family-style Family Feast Dinners.
