Crysandra’s is set to bring brunch, bubbles, and social dining in a glamorous and experience-driven atmosphere to Boca Park next Spring. The new concept announced its upcoming Las Vegas Valley debut via an Instagram post on the brand’s Instagram page.
“Crysandra’s is an upscale social dining restaurant featuring elevated brunch, afternoon tea, cocktails, and dinner in a glamorous, experience-driven atmosphere,” owner Carmen Chasse said in an interview with What Now Las Vegas.
“My vision is to create a place where people can dress up, feel special, and enjoy time together. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, sharing tea with your daughter or catching up with friends, I want even an ordinary afternoon to feel like an occasion.”
Located in Boca Park at 740 S. Rampart Boulevard, Suites 8–11, Crysandra’s is anticipated to open in March 2027, with the exact opening date and grand opening details to be announced before opening.

“I wanted a location that would make Crysandra’s part of the local community—a place people could return to regularly for brunch, tea, cocktails, or dinner,” Chasse said.
“Boca Park felt like a wonderful fit for that vision, with its established shopping and dining setting and proximity to Summerlin.”
Filed for restaurant services under Chasse Restaurant Group LLC, the new eatery is sure to offer delicious bites and sensational drinks wrapped up in an experience that’ll be hard to forget.
“The experience will evolve throughout the day, from brunch and afternoon tea to cocktails and dinner. We’re developing signature experiences such as our afternoon tea cart, celebration brunch presentations and distinctive shareable cocktails,” Chasse said.
“The design is also a big part of the experience. Soft pink tones, luxurious textures, florals, and crystal details will create a glamorous setting with beautiful opportunities for photographs. Above all, I want the atmosphere and hospitality to make guests feel welcome and celebrated.”
Looking ahead to the future of the brand, Crysandra’s is already set up to be one-of-a-kind with an exciting horizon ahead.
“My focus right now is on bringing this first location to life and creating a strong foundation. I’m open to future opportunities, but I want to give this opening—and our guests—my full attention,” Chasse said.
“Coordinating the many pieces of an opening is one of the biggest challenges, from renovations and permitting to sourcing furnishings and equipment. With a concept where the details matter so much, it takes careful planning to bring the design, food, service, and overall experience together. It’s a demanding process, but seeing the vision take shape makes it exciting.”
The vision started on a beautiful pillar. The name Crysandra’s blends the owner’s daughters’ names, Crystal and Alexandra, for a beautiful moniker that’ll be tough to forget.
“That personal connection is at the heart of the restaurant and inspired its focus on family, friendship, and togetherness,” Chasse said.
“Some of life’s most memorable moments happen around a table, and Crysandra’s was created for those moments. Our sentiment is simple: ‘Where moments become memories.'”
No word just yet as to what exactly will be on the menu. But we’re sure that as we inch closer toward opening, all will be revealed. So keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked for the latest on the menu, official opening dates, grand opening details, and more.
“I hope to bring a beautiful, welcoming gathering place where people can connect and celebrate,” Chasse said.
“That might mean a bridal celebration, a family milestone, a mother-and-daughter afternoon tea, or a long-overdue dinner with friends. I want Crysandra’s to become part of people’s traditions and memories—a place they think of whenever they have something, or someone, to celebrate.”
Crysandra’s is anticipated to open in Boca Park at 740 S. Rampart Boulevard, Suites 8–11, by Spring 2027.
