Daisho Sushi, located at 7435 S Eastern Ave, will soon expand its brand with a new location, Daisho Sushi Lounge, coming to Enterprise, just south of Spring Valley.

The sushi restaurant on Eastern Ave offers a variety of choices including sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Chef’s Special Rolls include the Crazy (spicy crab, spicy scallop, tuna, salmon, jalapeño), the Paradise (Coconut shrimp, cream cheese/salmon, avocado, spicy yum sauce, coconut flakes), and the Valley of Fire (Spicy tuna, spicy crab, eel, tuna, spicy eel sauce). Daisho Sushi also serves tapas like Takoyaki and Chicken Katsu with Curry Sauce, along with a variety of rice, noodle, and other Japanese dishes.

Owner Lei Zhang confirmed news of the new location’s opening on Rainbow Blvd in a phone call with What Now Las Vegas Sunday morning. Zhang specified, however, that the menu at Daisho Sushi Lounge will be quite different from the one at the already-existing location.

“The other location is good for families,” Zhang said. “The new location is more high class.”

Zhang declined to comment further on details pertaining to the upcoming restaurant.

Daisho Sushi Lounge recently filed paperwork for a liquor license, which will help create its lounge atmosphere: a classy, high-quality experience for grownups.

The new location, at 7395 S Rainbow Blvd, is one of a number of dining and retail outlets situated near the intersection with Warm Springs Rd. Nearby dining locations include Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse, El Pollo Loco, Kung Fu Tea, and Rubio’s Coastal Grill.
