As upgrades and improvements continue at Circus Circus Casino, with the recently opened Big Top Food Court and the new daiquiri bar expected to open next year at Slots a Fun, a new Del Taco location will be yet another addition to the casino’s roster of food choices.

The new Del Taco will open in a space currently occupied by Auntie Anne’s and by the casino’s longstanding Krispy Kreme location, Feel Good Brands CEO Lincoln Spoor told What Now Las Vegas in a Tuesday morning phone call. The space is in an area guests pass through on the way into Feel Good Brands’ Big Top Food Court, which debuted recently with restaurants like Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Pick Up Stix, and Dairy Queen Grill & Chill.

The taco chain offers a selection of Mexican-cuisine-inspired fast food, starting the day with breakfast choices like the Breakfast Burrito, the Breakfast Toasted Wrap, and the Epic Scrambler Burrito. A selection of tacos, burritos (try the Epic Loaded Queso Burrito), and bowls and salads like the Taco Salad with Seasoned Beef and the Pollo Asado Bowl with Fresh Guac, give the menu its wide range.

And don’t forget crispy chicken, available in a box with fries or in taco or Epic Crispy Chicken & Guac Burrito form.

Del Taco is a natural fit for what Spoor has called Feel Good Brands’ “deliciously unhealthy” approach. As Circus Circus updates and upgrades itself under the direction of Phil Ruffin, it is plumbing that space where family fun meets a bit of indulgence.

No opening date has been announced for the Circus Circus Del Taco.
