Locals will soon be able to indulge in a bowl of delicious, rich broth that has simmered for over 20 hours. District 7 Pho will bring its traditional authentic Vietnamese pho to north Las Vegas and celebrate its grand opening on July 7th.
The Vietnamese pho shop will settle into suite 120 of the Imperial Plaza retail center at 4343 North Rancho Drive. Owner Thanh Ngoc Nguyen told What Now Las Vegas that District 7 Pho will have a seating occupancy of 72.
Distric 7 Pho will offer Traditional Pho and Dry Pho (pho noodles tossed with house sauce and garnished with mixed vegetables and broth on the side) to which guests can add brisket, rare steak, fatty flank, and beef meatballs. Toppings also include fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and hot sauces. Aside from its signature savory pho, the menu will also include vermicelli and rice plates with pork belly, Chinese sausage, pork chop, and shrimp.
Starting July 7th, District 7 Pho will be open everyday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
