James Beard Award-winner and famed creator of the Cronut Dominique Ansel is opening his second restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. This fall, Paris Las Vegas will welcome Dominique Ansel Marché, a new patisserie modeled after an old-fashioned French market, to its prestigious food and beverage community.

Ansel has had a presence on the Strip since 2022, when he launched Dominique Ansel Las Vegas at Caesars Palace.

“We’re really excited to open it,” co-owner Amy Ma told What Now on Wednesday. “it’s going to be a bigger menu, with rotisserie chicken, brand new desserts, ice cream, and some other things we don’t have at Caesars. The space is almost twice as big.”

More details on the menu were published in recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal: croissants and other pastries baked daily, seasonal fresh tarts and cakes, and savories—plus the chef’s famous Cronut, too.

“I’ve always loved the open-air markets that often pop up throughout Paris, where you can find the best and freshest foods. These outdoor markets inspired us to create a brand-new concept at Paris Las Vegas,” Ansel says in the Review-Journal coverage. “There will be plenty of café seating that’s perfect for people-watching with a cup of coffee, just like on the sidewalks of France.”
