Don Tortaco is making serious moves in the Las Vegas Valley. Permit paperwork submitted by the chain this week shows plans for a ground-up build of a 1990 square-foot one-story restaurant, with a contract valuation of $500,000—yet another location planned for Enterprise. The paperwork does not list an address, but it does refer to a parcel located near the intersection of S Jones Blvd and W Warm Springs Rd.

The drive thru Mexican chain has outposts throughout the Las Vegas Valley. It’s approaching a total of 20 locations in the area.

The chain’s fast casual menu features tacos, tostadas, burritos, chimichangas, and burritos served with guests’ choice of protein: chicken, beef, asada, carnitas, and lengua, and more. Guests can also choose from number of combination plates, including the Machaca Plate, the Chorizo Plate, and Camarones a la Diabla.

The land in question is on the north side of W Warm Springs Rd, between S Jones Blvd and S Lindell Rd. On the northwest corner of the Lindell-Warm Springs intersection is bar and restaurant WSKY Bar + Grill.

No information is available on a timeline for construction and opening of a new Don Tortaco location near Jones and Warm Springs.
