Having grown to a total of eight locations (including one in Primm, at the NevadaCalifornia border, one in St. George, Utah, and one with limited hours at Allegiant Stadium), Pinkbox Doughnuts is biting off an ever bigger chunk of the Las Vegas doughnut market.

And now the Official Doughnut Partner of the Las Vegas Raiders appears to be preparing for even more. Building permit paperwork was submitted recently to Clark County for a Pinkbox Doughnuts project at 3780 Paradise Road, on the southeast corner of the intersection with East Twain Avenue.

The permit is for a ground-up build of a food service building of approximately 1,800 square feet, with a drive thru. The work includes both the building and the surrounding site.

Current seasonal doughnuts at Pinkbox include the Cookie Turkey (Chocolate frosted raised ring with a Nutter Butter cookie and candy corn), the Pumpkin Pie (Orange frosted raised shell filled with pumpkin cheesecake and topped with chocolate buttercream and white whip), and, for plant-based indulgers, the Thanksgiving Vegan (Chocolate frosted raised vegan shell topped with Thanksgiving sprinkles).

No opening date has been announced for a new Paradise Pinkbox location.
