With more than 2,500 locations in the US, Jimmy John’s is a major player in the sub sandwich space. In Las Vegas alone, the brand has eleven locations, and now it appears to be at work on a twelfth: licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas by Dickness Enterprises LLC shows a new Jimmy John’s opening at 7785 N Durango Dr, Suite 140.

Jimmy John’s offers a selection of satisfying sandwiches like the Italian Night Club (salami, capocollo, ham & provolone) and the Beach Club (turkey, provolone & avocado spread). Plant-based diners can also enjoy The Veggie with provolone, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

“The flavor of premium meats, combined with fresh-baked bread and hand-sliced veggies is what makes a Jimmy John’s sandwich your go-to lunch or any-occasion option,” says the Jimmy John’s website. “We use fresh vegetables because we don’t hate salads, we just feel bad for them. We slice our provolone cheese and premium meats in-house every day, because packaged pre-sliced meats doesn’t have the same ring to it. And we bake bread all day, every day because stale bread isn’t bread, it’s…croutons.”

Opening in the North Durango Drive location, Jimmy John’s would join Durango Square, a retail center that already houses restaurants like Durango Taco Shop, Blooming Buns Bakehouse, and Gourmet China.

What Now reached out on Tuesday to franchisee Andrew Van Ness to ask about plans for the opening. Van Ness was not immediately available for comment.
