Eastern Avenue South will soon be home to Earth to Taco, a new taco restaurant. Little is known yet about the Earth to Taco, other than that it will be primarily delivery-based, operating out of a ghost kitchen without dine-in space.
What Now Las Vegas spoke on the phone with project contact Talia Mangano on Tuesday morning. Mangano confirmed the news of the restaurant’s opening and name but declined to comment on the brand or its menu, hours of operation, or opening date.
Operating out of a ghost kitchen, Earth to Taco is part of a growing trend—one which has exploded with the decline in dine-in food service and the growth in delivery-based dining brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic—of restaurants opening to service delivery orders either in conjunction with takeout orders or exclusively.
Earth to Taco’s location at 8876 S Eastern Ave shares a building with eateries like Squeeze In; Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen; Havana Grill, Cuban Restaurant, Bar & Bakery; and the Coffee Class.
