With a little over a dozen locations spread all over the country, Effin Egg is offering “a unique and delicious twist on a traditional breakfast sandwich” in more and more cities. Now, the brand is preparing to make its debut in Las Vegas, at 455 S Fort Apache Road.
Effin Egg’s breakfast sandwiches come in varieties like The CEO (Cage-free soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and our signature chipotle aioli in a signature brioche bun), and the Really! Effin Turkey (Turkey Bacon, cage-free over medium egg, sliced cheddar and chipotle ketchup in a signature brioche bun). Or, if you’re feeling a breakfast burrito, there’s the Spicy Brisket Burrito (House made brisket, cage-free scrambled eggs, jack cheese, with jalapeno aioli), the Hang-Over (Burrito stuffed with thick cut bacon, tater tots, queso & chipotle aioli), and a lot more.
“Effin Egg believes our customers deserve something better than a poor quality fast food breakfast sandwich,” says the Effin Egg website. “Our sandwiches and burritos use quality ingredients, made from scratch, freshly cooked, handcrafted, and served with love! We are passionate about the quality and consistency of our food, which is why we cook everything fresh and from scratch. Our sauces are made in-house and we use cage-free eggs served on our crafted brioche bun. Start your morning off with our small batch, hand crafted roasted coffee. Start your morning off with Effin Egg and feel that Big Egg Energy all day long.”
What Now confirmed news of the opening with franchisee Sarah Morgen-Fox this week. Morgen-Fox was not immediately available to discuss plans for Effin Egg’s Las Vegas debut, but What Now is currently waiting on an update.
