Located at 12300 Las Vegas Blvd S in Henderson, the M Resort is home to restaurants like Marinelli’s Authentic Italian Cuisine, Jayde @ 16, the Raiders Tavern & Grill, and Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood. Now, it’s preparing to add a new restaurant from celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse—the chef’s first off-Strip restaurant in the area—according to coverage by Las Vegas Weekly.

The restaurant in question is Meril, a brand from New Orleans, offering “a deliciously spirited dining experience.” The Las Vegas outpost will be Meril’s second location.

“Named after Chef Emeril Lagasse’s daughter, Meril is Lagasse’s lively Contemporary American restaurant located in the Warehouse District of New Orleans,” says the Meril website. “Meril showcases dishes with global influences inspired by Emeril’s travels and the food he loves to eat.”

The menu features small plates like Gulf Yellowfin Tuna Bundles, Barbequed Shrimp, and Fried Turkey Necks. They’re served alongside Flatbread varieties like the Margherita and the Wise Guys (Italian sausage, piquillo peppers, chili), along with vegetable dishes like General Tso’s Broccoli and Blistered Shishito Peppers. And don’t forget the gumbo.

What Now reached on Friday to the Emeril Group’s COO Michael Olsen to ask about plans for Meril’s Las Vegas debut. Olsen was not immediately available for comment.
