Estiatorio Milos is taking its famous “Power Lunch” (also referred to as the “Business Lunch“) up a notch. The premier Greek seafood restaurant located on Restaurant Row inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas at 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd recently introduced a structured “Quick and Delicious Business Lunch” variant, offering a guaranteed 60-minute experience (or the meal is free) to cater directly to busy convention-goers.
Interested parties will still be offered the famous three-course prix fixe menu. Menu highlights include tomato salad, Greek salad, or mezze options for the first course. Fresh Dorade Royale, grilled salmon, or chicken skewers are options for the main course, and for dessert: traditional strained Greek yogurt, seasonal fruit, or baklava with honey walnut ice cream.
“Regarded as the best lunch deal on The Strip, be sure to visit Milos for their famous three-course menu,” the estiatorio Milos website reads.
“Offered daily, this wildly popular prix fixe menu features Milos favorites. Enjoy the tomato salad, octopus, sushi grade tuna burger, and roasted organic chicken breast.”
Beyond the menu, the experience at the beautiful eatery takes the meaning of lunch to a whole other level. The large venue has an open-space kitchen, a big round bar, and a huge dining area for you and all your friends.
Designed by Alain Carle and Jeffrey Beers International, Milos features high-end materials like Mount Pentelicus marble and Danish oak, alongside signature elements like the fresh fish market display, raw bar, and yogurt room.

Estiatorio Milos in Las Vegas opened its original location at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in December 2010 as a founding culinary fixture of the resort. Debuting in December 2010 alongside the grand opening of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Milos quickly established itself as a premier Strip destination for high-end Mediterranean seafood. Milos gained widespread acclaim among locals and tourists alike, famous for its ultra-fresh fish flown in daily from the Mediterranean, raw bar, and popular fixed-price lunch deals.
It closed its doors on October 25, 2020, as founder Costas Spiliadis prepared to transition the restaurant to a new, larger home on the northern part of the Strip. Milos officially reopened on March 15, 2021, along the restaurant row connecting The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and the Palazzo.
