Henderson residents will soon be able to “Eat, Drink, Be Social” at a new outpost of Eureka! Restaurants. It’s opening April 28, at 3354 St. Rose Parkway, according to coverage by Las Vegas Weekly.
With 28 locations currently in operation, Eureka! serves fun, modern American cuisine. The menu opens with Shareables like Truffle Cheese Fries, Slow-Roasted Pulled Pork Nachos, and Mac N’ Cheese Balls; then come burgers like the Eureka! American (American Swiss / grilled red onion / lettuce / house pickles / tomato / special sauce) and the Fresno Fig (fig marmalade / melted goat cheese / bacon / tomato / red onion / arugula / spicy porter mustard). There are other handhelds, like the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich, Roasted Veggie Tacos, and the All-World Breakfast Burrito, plus Knife & Fork entrees like a New York Steak or Seared Salmon.
“With a commitment to Energy, Discovery, and Community, Eureka! creates a one-of-a-kind dining experience like no other restaurant: great scratch kitchen accompanied by a creative craft beverage program with exceptional hospitality,” says the Eureka! website. “We feature an elevated collection of the best local craft beers, small-batch whiskeys, and classic yet modern cocktails and is the perfect destination for the local community to dine, drink, and socialize.”
Opening on St. Rose Parkway by Terrible’s, Eureka! joins a hospitality community that includes My Place Hotel Las Vegas South Henderson, Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food, and Starbucks.
