Launched in 2017, local meal prep brand Foodie Fit offers a convenient and healthy approach to eating, offering both in-store Grab & Go items and online delivery.

“We’re opening stores in each part of town,” a representative of Foodie Fit told What Now on Tuesday. “We take familiar comfort foods and make them healthy and convenient.”

The Foodie Fit menu has mainstays—for example, its Salmon Teriyaki. “Many of our customers tell us we have the best salmon,” said the representative. “We make our teriyaki sauce in-house, just like all our sauces.” But there’s also a constant rotation of new choices to keep things interesting.

Current new items include the Baja Fish Bowl and the Egg Mac-ro-Muffin. Other Signature Meals including the Asada Steak Plate, Beef Birria Ramen, and Barbacoa Enchiladas.

Foodie Fit’s third location will open soon at 7085 W Ann Road, in Rio Vista Plaza, joining a food and drink community that includes Houston TX Hot Chicken and Peinto Thai Kitchen.
