Founded 50 years ago, Hedary’s Mediterranean is the restaurant that “introduced Fort Worth to Hummus.”

“What started as a humble introduction to new flavors quickly grew into an iconic institution, with the Hedary family’s restaurant becoming a beloved staple in the community,” the Hedary’s website says, telling the story of a family business with a legacy spanning decades.

Now, Hedary’s is planning its Las Vegas debut. What Now came across licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas showing Hedary’s opening at 5770 Centennial Center Blvd, Suite 145.

What Now confirmed the news with owner Mariz Khoury on Friday. Khoury said it’s still too early to share details on the opening timeline or the menu that will be served in Hedary’s Las Vegas home.

“We’re just at the beginning of the process,” Khoury said.

Opening in the Centennial Center Boulevard location, Hedary’s will join restaurants like Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi, Bourbon Street Sports Bar, and Moo Woo Korean BBQ.
