With locations throughout Las Vegas, popular local Mexican chain Frijoles & Frescas has recently expanded to its first location outside its Vegas hometown, launching a restaurant in Cedar City, Utah. But the brand isn’t done growing here in the valley, where recently submitted permitting paperwork shows another Frijoles & Frescas opening at the intersection of West Pebble Road and South Durango Drive.
“We’re still about four to six months out,” a representative told What Now on Wednesday.
The new location will feature the same popular menu of tacos, burritos, tostadas, and other familiar Mexican dishes served with an array of proteins including carne asada, al pastor, and carnitas, all of which are prepared with meticulous attention to the freshness of their ingredients. Frijoles and Frescas has also recently launched chicken taquitos, a popular new addition to the brand’s growing menu.
