Fuji Deli Will Be Reborn as Fuji Tei Restaurant

The bento-focused deli is looking to rebrand with more Japanese food and with music

Located at 4850 W Flamingo Rd, Fuji Deli has recently closed its doors. According to the deli’s website, a rebrand is in progress. Fuji Deli will reopen as Fuji Tei Restaurant, offering authentic Japanese food and music.

Details on the upcoming restaurant’s new menu are still unavailable. Fuji Deli’s menu consisted of a generous variety of bentos. These included the Pork Ginger Bento, the Pork Katsu Bento, the Shoyu Chicken Bento, the Chicken Karaage and Salmon Teriyaki Bento, and others. Also available was miso soup, Chicken Karaage, and the Hamburg Fruits Bento, which included beef, potato salad, and a variety of fresh fruit.

The location is a part of Flamingo Business Center, a small retail center on the northeast corner of the intersection between Flamingo Rd and Decatur Blvd. Flamingo Business Center is home to several other eateries as well, including Lucy Ethiopian, Sivas Vegas, Marigold Fine Indian Cuisine, and JINYA Ramen Bar.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Fuji Tei Restaurant for comment this week. No timeline is currently available for the rebrand and reopening, but stay tuned for updates!
