Fuku is embarking on its third opening to come to the Valley. The spicy fried chicken joint joins an array of eateries set to open a Las Vegas entertainment venue, AREA15. According to a press release announcing the soon-to-come concession offerings, Fuku will open at AREA15 at 3215 S. Rancho Drive in early 2026.
Joining a roster of dynamic destinations, including Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart, Illuminarium, and Dueling Axes at AREA15, Fuku will open in the second quarter alongside Cosmic Pretzel, Chilangos Tacos, and Good Company Burgers, just to name a few.
“The world’s leading immersive entertainment destination, parallel to the Vegas Strip, is expanding and better than ever. That means 35 acres of world-class Food + Beverage, Retail, Attractions, Events, Experiences, and Art, unlike anywhere on earth,” the AREA15 website reads.
Developed by renowned chef and restaurateur David Chang of Momofuku, Fuku Chicken will offer bold flavors and mouthwatering fried chicken sandwiches. With a variety of delicious options, guests can look forward to spicy chicken bites and savory sides, all crafted with high-quality ingredients.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Fuku CEO, Claudia Lezcano, to find out more details about the opening coming to the alien-themed entertainment space, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“It’s not about the frills, the white tablecloths, or having 7 different forks next to your plate. It’s about the flavor, and we believe the finest flavor is, more often than not, found in an elbows-on-the-table-shirt-staining-spicy-sandwich,” the Fuku website reads.
The simplicity and good eats are perhaps what drew AREA15 to the brand, making it the perfect addition to the venue’s food options.
“AREA15 is designed to surprise people every time they walk through the door,” AREA15 Chief Executive Officer Winston Fisher said in the press release.
“With a brand-new mix of new restaurants, retail flagships, and breakthrough attractions now signed, we’re continuing to create an entertainment district appealing to families, food lovers, thrill-seekers, and culture explorers alike. These new additions deepen our reputation as a place where discovery never stops.”
While no official opening or grand opening date has been established or released just yet, we’re sure you’ll hear more about this delicious experience set to hit one of the Valley’s main attractions this year sooner rather than later.
Fuku will open at AREA15 at 3215 S. Rancho Drive in early 2026.
