What Now Las Vegas reported on the Vegas arrival of seafood boil chain Crab N Spice last summer, breaking news of a planned location on W Lake Mead Blvd in Summerlin. That location has opened, and Global Concession Alliance, Inc., in partnership with Earl John Pardo and Allan Taunan, is making plans for a second Las Vegas Crab N Spice. The company is under contract to open a total of five Vegas Crab N Spice outposts in as many years.

The second location will open in Henderson, Mcmillian Latayan, a contact at the company, told What Now Las Vegas in a phone call on Wednesday.

The Henderson location, which will occupy a space of approximately 2500 square feet, will offer a menu like the one served at the Summerlin location. “It will be offering the same delicious seafood,” Latayan said. “A different level of seafood.”

The menu features Cajun classics and signature flavors such as the original Crab N Spice, Lemon Garlic, Coconut, Hawaiian, and All-In. Aside from choosing a flavor, guests also choose shell-on or shelf-off seafood and their preferred level of spice. Spice levels range from original to “Assassin8,” pleasing both safe-siders and thrill seekers. The savory selection of seafood by the pound includes king crab legs, Dungeness crab, shrimp, mussels, clams, crawfish, lobster tail, and snow crab legs. Add-ons in the bag include corn, quail eggs, sausage, and potatoes.

Crab N Spice also offers baskets of calamari, fried tilapia, fried cod, and popcorn chicken, served with french fries, sweet potato fries or cajun fries.

And what of location number three? Where is Crab N Spice headed next?

“We’re in talks for the third,” Latayan said, adding that no firm plans were in place yet. “We would love to go somewhere closer to the Strip, and somewhere in the southwest.”

More Crab N Spice is on its way, so stay tuned for updates!
