Michelin-starred and world-famous celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has another restaurant—his seventh—on the way to the Las Vegas Strip.

Coverage in the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that an anonymous source had discussed plans for a new Gordon Ramsay restaurant in the works at Flamingo Las Vegas. A name was not revealed, but the project has been codenamed “Bird Bar,” a name that appeared on recently submitted building permit paperwork for a $3.5 million restaurant project at the resort.

What Now reached out on Friday to Bill Martens, Chief Development Officer at Gordon Ramsay North America. Martens confirmed the existence of the project but declined to comment on it at this time. Mystery abounds!

Meanwhile, anyone who wants to check out restaurants by the celebrity chef here in Las Vegas is spoiled for choice: there’s Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace, and Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas, to name only several.
