Graze Craze, the charcuterie board franchise that’s perfect for pretty much any event you can think of, is preparing to open a new location in Las Vegas, at 9711 S Eastern Avenue. What Now confirmed news of the opening with franchisee Marc Isquith on Friday.
“I’ve always had a passion for this, since my college days at UNLV, in the College of Hospitality,” Isquith said.
And hospitality is the name of the game: Graze Craze offers charcuterie boards to feed groups of up to 20 grazers—or as few as a party of one. You’ll find it all in the new location: boards like the Gone Grazey (Our signature platter is bursting with a variety of cured meats, cheese, and colorful fruits and vegetables, with a touch of something sweet) and the Brunch Board (A gourmet and innovative twist on your morning routine. Packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, and pastries, this board is the perfect bagel-and-donut brunch alternative).
Isquith, who has thus far spent his career in marketing, says Graze Craze’s emphasis on events brings the two fields together.
“Graze is Craze is good, fresh, ready-to-eat food, but it’s also a marketing business where you’re partnering with event planners, celebrating things.”
This Graze Craze is expected to open in mid-October. It’s the first of several Isquith plans to open in the valley.
