Ground-Up KFC Build Planned for Enterprise

It will be KFC's 16th Las Vegas location

A new Las Vegas location is in works for fried chicken mega-chain KFC. A building permit application submitted to Clark County estimates an $800,000 budget for ground-up construction of a new location at 3380 W Cactus Ave in Enterprise. It will be the 16th location in the city for the massive, household-name brand, which has more than 24,000 locations worldwide.

The classic KFC meal takes after classic Southern comfort food but has become iconic in its own right: a bucket of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and biscuits. Recently, the menu has been expanded as the chain decided (perhaps a bit belatedly) to take part in the fried chicken sandwich craze. It has also introduced plant-based Beyond Nuggets.

The site on Cactus Ave is located between Polaris Ave and Dean Martin Dr. Nearby, on the northwest corner of the W Cactus Ave-S Valley View Blvd intersection, is a Dotty’s Gaming and Spirits, bookended by Thrive Cannabis Marketplace and Domino’s Pizza.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of KFC for comment. The timeline for construction and opening of the Cactus Ave KFC is unknown.
