With three locations in the state of Hawaii, popular brunch restaurant Guieb Cafe is preparing to launch its first location in Las Vegas. Licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County shows the new Guieb Cafe opening at 4355 W Desert Inn Road, Suite F.
“Guieb Café is a family owned and operated establishment that opened June 2020 in Honolulu…” says the restaurant’s website. “We offer homestyle meals with a variety of menu items ranging from T-Bone steaks to waffles and meatloaf. At Guieb Café, we never want to compromise quality and price. It is our goal to have great tasting meals and quality ingredients easily accessible to the community. We are proud of our customer service that makes you feel a part of the ‘ohana.”
Details on the Las Vegas menu are not yet available, but Guieb Cafe is currently offerings specials like Tita Mary’s Saimin (charsiu, spam, fish cakes, green onions, fried battered shrimp and poached egg), Braddah Patrick’s Roast Pork (smothered with gravy, mushrooms and onions served with rice and mac salad), and Aria’s Plate (original French toaste with Ube Mascarpone sauce, two eggs, two chicken mango sausages and two thin bacon).
What Now reached out to co-owner Ernesto Guieb on Monday to inquire about plans for the opening. Guieb declined to make any immediate comment on the opening, but What Now is awaiting more information.
