Flamingo Business Center will soon welcome H2O Hookah Lounge & Restaurant into its community of dining and retail locations.
What Now Las Vegas reached out by phone to owner Abrham Tesfaye on Wednesday afternoon. He confirmed the news, adding that the hookah lounge and restaurant, which will occupy suites 15 and 16 of the business center, is still under construction at this time.
Tesfaye declined to share details pertaining to H2O’s opening date, menu, and branding.
Located at 4850 W Flamingo Road, the Flamingo Business Center is a retail plaza with more than 70,000 sq. feet of leasable space. As of 2021, it has a local population of more than 425,000 within 5 miles, a figure projected to grow to 875,000 by 2026.
Several minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the business is home to Taco Bell, Jinya Ramen, Red Dragon Casino, and a number of other locations.
