Houston’s Hot Chicken, a Nashville-style hot chicken eatery from Houston Crosta, owner of Las Vegas-based exotic car rental company Royalty Exotic Cars, and Partner Edmond Baresghian, is aiming to launch with six locations this year.

First up will be an outpost in Henderson’s Pebble Marketplace, at 1500 N Green Valley Pkwy Ste 300, Crosta told What Now Las Vegas in an email Friday. That location is expected to debut in about 90 days, the entrepreneur said. Brooklyn Bagel Deli most recently occupied the space which sits adjacent to Pizza Hut.

Houston’s Hot Chicken’s flagship — situated in space adjacent to Royalty Exotic Cars — will open in roughly six months, according to Crosta. There are also plans for an outpost in Downtown Summerlin, although Crosta said in a video posted to social media late last year the location has not been secured, and that he’s negotiating with the high-end development. Crosta did not comment on the status of Summerlin when asked about it via email Thursday.

Although none of the brick-and-mortars have opened, Crosta has been operating Houston’s for delivery and curbside pickup outside of Royalty Exotic Cars, according to the video. There’s currently a very limited menu — a hot or classic chicken sandwich, paired with cut fries or coleslaw..
