California-born burger chain In-N-Out Burger is planning to build another Las Vegas location. The company recently filed paperwork with Clark County to construct a new restaurant on what is currently an asphalt parking lot at 3397 W Russell Rd.

In-N-Out offers a streamlined menu of proven burger shop favorites: the hamburger, the cheeseburger, the Double-Double®. Like all its ingredients, the chain’s patties are never frozen, pre-packaged, or microwaved. Meals can be completed with a side of fries and a shake in classic chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry varieties.

The Russell Rd location will be situated not far from the Las Vegas Freeway, near five hotels: Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, and Residence Inn by Marriott. A Terrible Herbst convenience store is located on the opposite corner of the W Russell RdPolaris Ave intersection.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Senior Development Manager Katie Sanchez on Friday. Sanchez was not immediately available for comment. The timeline for construction and opening of the new location is unknown.
