California-born burger chain In-N-Out Burger is planning for construction in Spring Valley. Permit paperwork filed recently with Clark County shows an estimated budget of $157,230 for work at 6490 Montessouri St. A source tells What Now Las Vegas that the plans are for an office and commissary.

In-N-Out offers a streamlined menu of proven burger shop favorites: the hamburger, the cheeseburger, the Double-Double®. Like all its ingredients, the chain’s patties are never frozen, pre-packaged, or microwaved. Meals can be completed with a side of fries and a shake in classic chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry varieties.

The location, at the intersection of Montessouri St and Spring Mountain Rd, would be near Rainbow Shopping Center, a retail plaza that features a Sam’s Club and a Walmart Super Center. A number of other fast food locations are also located nearby, including a Panda Express, a Krispy Kreme, and a Burger King.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of In-N-Out Burger for comment on Wednesday morning. No timeline for the work being done at Montessouri-Spring Mountain is available.

Editors Note: A previous version of this article speculated that the project on Montessouri St might be for a new In-N-Out location. It has been edited to reflect the fact that the plans are for an office and commissary for the company, not a new In-N-Out Burger.
