According to real estate data acquired by What Now Las Vegas, Giovanni’s Pizzeria and Mediterranean Grill will debut at 9773 W Flamingo Road in Spring Valley.
Giovanni’s will settle into a 1,700-square-foot suite, which had formerly been occupied by the Asian fusion restaurant Thai Express, in a commercial center with Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Baskin Robbins, and Gerardo’s Tacos.
Owners Hovik and Lilik Sargsyan are keeping details about the new restaurant and its menu secret until closer to its debut. However, Hovik told What Now Las Vegas that they hope to launch Giovanni’s Pizzeria and Mediterranean Grill on September 15th.
