Founded all the way back in 1946 as Queen’s Burgers, along the legendary Route 66, Irv’s Burgers has become a West Coast legend in its own right, with six locations in the state of California, plus one more in Las Vegas, at the Durango Casino & Resort. Now the brand is preparing to open its second Las Vegas outpost, this time at the Miracle Mile Shops’ Miracle Eats food court.

“Durango has been a major success, so we’re excited to get open,” co-owner Lawrence Longo told What Now on Tuesday. “We’re looking at sometime around the end of the summer.”

The menu will be the same one that has stood the test of time: Burgers & Dogs like Irv’s Original Roadside Double Burger (2 x pressed to order patties, toasted bun, American cheese, Irv’s sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle), the Irv’s Turkey Burger, the Irv’s Dog, and the Irv’s Chili Cheese Dogs. There are also sandwiches like the Patty Melt and the Tuna Melt, plus sides like fries, tater tots, and onion rings—the classic roadside burger joint menu.

At Miracle Eats, Irv’s will join a lineup that includes Carnegie Pizza, Tacotarian, Fat Sal’s, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Lobster ME, and Fat Tuesday.
