Chinatown all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant ITs SUSHI appears to be expanding to a second location, this time in Enterprise. Building permit paperwork was filed recently with Clark County for a project under that name with a construction budget of just over $300,000 at 8402-8418 W Warm Springs Rd Suites 100 & 105.
In addition to its generous variety of sushi choices, ITs Sushi offers other Japanese and East Asian dishes, with appetizers like Gyoza, Spicy Pork Bulgogi, and Kimchi-Jeon (a Korean savory pancake with kimchi). Skewers with vegetables, chicken, pork, beef, fish balls, or other proteins are available as well, along with soup and salad options like Mini Udon and Seaweed Salad.
The Warm Springs address, near St. Rose Dominican Hospital, is just east of the Warm Springs Rd-Durango Dr intersection, near a cluster of dining locations that run along each side of the latter. These include Stacks & Yolks, Ohjah Noodle House, Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs, TON TON Katsuya, and The Black Sheep.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of ITs SUSHI for comment this week. Information on the construction and opening timeline for the Warm Springs restaurant is not available.
