A new coffee shop is preparing to make its debut in Las Vegas. Called Moonlight Espresso, it’s opening at 2510 E Tropicana Ave, Suite 101.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with owner Eric Bravo this week. Bravo said Moonlight Espresso hasn’t set a firm opening date just yet.

For the moment, the menu is still under wraps, too, so we’re still guessing about most of the details—apart from one clue:

“It’s going to be a Japanese-inspired menu,” Bravo said. “Using Japanese coffee beans.”

Opening in the Tropicana Avenue location, Moonlight Espresso will join a restaurant community that includes Ramen Fukumimi, Havana Express Cuban Kitchen & Bakery, and Baskin-Robbins.

Stay tuned for updates on Moonlight Espresso, because What Now is awaiting more information.
