Award-winning “Las Vegas-style” barbecue joint Jessie Rae’s BBQ is opening a second location, this time in Henderson. The news was announced in a recent post on the restaurant’s Facebook page, which showed a photo of a hand holding a set of keys and a caption reading, “Coming Soon!! #Henderson.”
Jessie Rae’s offers barbecue mainstays like Pork Spare Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Hot Links, which are also served on a variety of sandwiches. These include the Jessie Rae Sandwich; the Jessie Mac, which features pulled pork, brisket, and a middle bun; and the Household of Three, with pork, brisket and (!) hot links between two buns. Sides include waffle fries, Vegas slaw, and Corn with Smoked Butter.
Guests can also pile on the decadence with the Loaded in Las Vegas menu, which feature guests’ choice of sides (Waffle Fries, Tater Tots, Mac & Cheese, or BBQ Mash Potatoes) loaded with proteins—e.g., The Duke (pulled pork), The Belt Buckle (chopped brisket), and The Jive Chicken (smoked pulled chicken).
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach owner Mike Ross for comment on the news. No further information is available on the planned Henderson location.
