K-SSAM Bap is set to bring a Korean fave to the Valley this year. According to a city permit, the new Korean restaurant is expected to open at 3909 W Sahara Ave, 1.

What Now Las Vegas spoke with the owner behind the new dining option set to come to the streets of Vegas soon. Stephen Lee is opening up shop with his family. Lee confirmed that the K-SSAM Bap would be coming to the Valley, but was unable to share more details about the new Vegas concept by the time of this publication.

At this time, there’s no website or social media pages up for K-SSAM Bap. However, Lee did confirm that an online presence would be coming soon. So, while there’s not a whole lot of information out just yet about the new eatery, you can expect it to be a fascinating addition to the Valley’s culinary scene.

Ssambap, often referred to as K-Ssam Bap, is a traditional Korean dish consisting of cooked rice (bap) and various fillings wrapped in leafy vegetables (ssam). The healthy meal is often served with spicy beef gochujang sauce. While the restaurant is new to the Valley, the concept isn’t. Similar eateries include Lee’s Korean BBQMr. Kim’s Korean BBQ, and my personal fave, Biwon.

I’m excited to find out what will set this new restaurant apart, but I’m sure we will all hear about it together. So, keep your ears perked and your eyes open for more details on this latest development.
