Killer Whale Creamery was one of the first tenants announced to come to The Cliff in Henderson. The $55 Million redevelopment is set open at 2500 & 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway.
The team behind the redevelopment recently broke ground, so we can expect the new ice cream shop to open sometime this year.
Killer Whale Creamery is an artisanal ice cream shop in La Jolla, California, founded by Mike Harrison and Dillon Berkabile, owners of the neighboring Blue Whale Cafe.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to the co-owners to gather more details about the upcoming opening, but did not receive a response by the time of publication.
Inspired by the “power of the ocean”, Killer Whale Creamery serves handcrafted, locally sourced, and vegan flavors—such as Killer Whale Cocoa—with a focus on eco-friendly”scoop-and-serve” service.
“Inspired by killer whales and the raw power of the ocean, our shop is all about throwing down bold ice cream that kicks butt and takes names,” the Killer Whale Creamery website reads.
The brand recently opened the La Jolla location. The shop opening on Paseo Verde at The Cliff will be the first of its kind to come to Las Vegas.
“At Killer Whale Creamery, we’re about more than just scoops—we’re about keeping our coastlines clean and our community tight. Locally sourced ingredients and eco-friendly vibes are how we roll, making sure every scoop supports our scene and our seas,” the website reads.
“Roll through Killer Whale Creamery and soak in the rebellion. Feel La Jolla’s pulse, taste the thrill of our flavors, and chill in a spot that’s all about keeping it real and keeping it tasty.”
The creamery offers one scoop for five bucks, vegan options, milkshakes, waffle cones, and flights. Ice cream flavors include Smores on the Beach, Blacks Beachy Cherry, and Horchata Churro topped with Serrano Sugar, just to name a few.
The new Killer Whale Creamery is set to debut in the Valley in The Cliff redevelopment at 2500 & 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway this year.
