Founded in 2015, L.A. Brisket is a West Coast barbecue concept with locations in Artesia, CA, and in Oahu. Now, the brand is at work on its first location in Las Vegas.
This week, What Now came across business license paperwork submitted to Clark County by the L.A. Brisket Corporation for an L.A. Brisket at 3377 Las Vegas Blvd S, Unit 2210. The address in question is that of the Grand Canal Shoppes, and in fact, the restaurant already shows up as Coming Soon in the Grand Canal Shoppes directory.
What Now contacted a representative of L.A. Brisket on Wednesday. The representative said it’s still too early to provide details about the Grand Canal Shoppes location: “We’re in construction mode at this time.”
The L.A. Brisket menu features proteins like Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, and Baby Back Ribs. Alongside these are sides like Elote, Sweet Potato Fries, Baked Beans, and more. There’s also a numbered selection of sandwiches, including the 405 (Meat, garlic aioli, mustard, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, organic arugula, bleu cheese), the 10 (Meat, horseradish cream, mustard, onion onion, tomato, pepperoncini, gruyere cheese), and the vegetarian-friendly 55 (Sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, iceberg lettuce, organic arugula, L.A. slaw, gruyere cheese, pepperoncini).
Opening in the Grand Canal Shoppes, L.A. Brisket will join restaurants like Black Tap Craft Burger & Beer, Brera Osteria, and Buddy V’s Ristorante, and many more.
