Eldorado Plaza, a small shopping center on the southwest corner of South Rainbow Boulevard and West Eldorado Lane, will soon be home to a brand-new restaurant concept. La Bonne Poutine will open in suite #105 at the plaza’s address, 7537 S Rainbow Blvd.
Little is known yet about the restaurant and what it can be expected to serve, other than the eponymous poutine.
What Now reached out on Wednesday to co-owner Christian Legaspi. Legaspi said the restaurant is expected to open in the latter half of this year but declined to comment farther, citing the well-known snags and hitches haunting a restaurant owner’s every step on the path to opening. The details on La Bonne Poutine’s brand and menu are remaining under wraps for now for the same reason.
Opening at Eldorado Plaza, La Bonne Poutine will be part of a food and drink community that includes Chinese restaurant Rainbow Kitchen, Village Pub & Poker, and an outpost of KFC.
