Co-owners John Power and Rod Dupen are preparing for their Las Vegas debut of Waffle Brothers this summer. The Denver-based breakfast and brunch eatery will bring its sweet and savory treats to the Lakes neighborhood.

Waffle Brothers offers Belgian-style, traditional, and gluten-free waffles that can be stacked with toppings like strawberries, pineapple, marshmallow cream cheese, bananas, blueberries, Nutella, and raspberry cheesecake swirl. Local favorites include the Blue Zinger (lemon zinger, blueberries, powdered sugar, and whip); the Allie Cat (strawberries, walnuts, caramel, and whip); and the Natural Born Killer, a waffle sandwich packed with strawberries, Nutella, and whip. Waffle Brothers also specializes in chicken sandwiches that are marinated in buttermilk, breaded, then fried to order and served on a waffle or brioche bun.

Waffle Brothers will settle into suite 106 at the Canyon Plaza retail center at 7905 West Sahara Avenue. Although an official date has not yet been announced, Eater Las Vegas reports that Waffle Brothers is “expected to be open daily and offer indoor seating.”
