The sushi restaurant chain Yama Sushi is in the process of opening a fourth location at 116 N 3rd St. in Las Vegas. Unlike the others, this location will feature a full bar with all-you-can-eat sushi. Some of the popular items at other Yama Sushi locations include the tuna roll, salmon roll, and the California roll.

Although the restaurant will still be a part of the chain and have the same menu, this restaurant will have a different owner, Bundit Atsawakaew. Atsawakaew is a current employee of Yama and has proven his loyalty with his 10 years of employment with them.

Atsawakaew is talking with the landlord of the building but will sign an updated lease this Friday, July 1st. The building currently hosts a restaurant called BF Sushi and will be closing at the end of the week when Atsawakaew signs. In a phone call with Atsawakaew, he explained that “The building will close down for one month during the renovation.”

Atsawakaew is excited for his new restaurant to open and wants customers to know that “Everything is going to be exactly the same as the other locations. The food is going to be the same apart from the full bar.”
