375 E Warm Springs Rd will soon welcome Bake & Brew, a family-owned coffee and baked goods business, into its business community.
Sona Yeghoyan, a partner in the project, confirmed the news in a phone call with What Now Las Vegas on Tuesday morning. Yeghoyan said Bake & Brew is still going through the licensing process, with an expected opening in late December or early January.
Bake & Brew will serve coffee and tea, along with a selection of baked goods prepared in a nearby commissary kitchen.
The pop-up’s business hours are unknown at this time. As the location is not equipped with certain food-service requirements, including a grease interceptor, some construction is to be expected. Given that food preparation will be done off-site, Yeghoyan said, no major work is likely to be necessary.
Located near Fairfield Inn and Suites, the building on Warm Springs Rd is home to several other business, including JC Masonry and Rent a Car, SUV, and Van Las Vegas, and real estate agency Homerun Offer. Nearby eateries include Mama Cimino’s Pizza and Habaneros Taco Grill.
