Not long after the announcement that it has signed a deal to bring as many as 20 Bojangles locations to the Las Vegas Valley, LV Petroleum LLC appears to be keeping busy on other QSR fronts as well.

In addition to its planned Bojangles locations, LV Petroleum also owns and operates Sbarro stores, and recently submitted licensing paperwork indicates that the company is planning to open another outpost of the famous pizza chain at 8950 S Westwind Road.

Sbarro’s XL NY Pizzas come in classic varieties like NY Pepperoni and NY Cheese, along with flavor profiles like 4 Cheese White, Sausage, and Supremo. Stromboli flavors include Spinach, Chicken & 4 Cheese, and Pepperoni. Next on the menu comes a selection of pasta dishes like Baked Ziti and Spaghetti & Meatballs, or a classic Caesar Salad.

The South Westwind Road location is situated at the intersection with Blue Diamond Road. Just up the nearby South Lindell Road is a PT’s Ranch location, and following Blue Diamond a few minutes east one soon arrives at a cluster of homegrown Las Vegas restaurants like Oming’s Kitchen, Mountain West Eatery, and Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets.
