At the intersection of S Rainbow Blvd and W Warm Springs Rd, right where Spring Valley and Enterprise meet, a second outpost of Chinese hand-pulled noodle house The Magic Noodle appears to be in the works. Permit paperwork shows describes plans for construction work in suite 120 at 7329 S Rainbow Blvd, with a contract valuation of $199,000.

The Magic Noodle’s Menu opens with appetizers like Onion Pancake and Spicy Dumplings Szechuan Style, plus cold appetizers like Spicy Beef Shank and Sweet & Sour Cucumber. Noodle dishes include soups like Lan Zhou Noodle (Beef Shank, Radish, Green Onions, Cilantro) and Spicy Pork Ribs Noodle; sauce noodles like Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Cold Noodle; and Stir-Fried Noodles, including Mongolian Beef Chow Mein and Braised Pork Belly with String Beans.

Situated on the southwest corner of the Rainbow-Warm Springs intersection, the location is neighbors with several other eateries. These include Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse, Kung Fu Tea, and—just across the street—El Pollo Loco.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of the Magic Noodle for comment on Monday.
