Checkers and Rally’s have continued their Nevada expansion with a new restaurant in Pahrump. The new location of the double drive-thru burger chain marks the third location in partnership with LV Foodservice Concepts. The location officially opened on April 30, 2026.
Checkers and Rally’s Expanded in Nevada
Checkers and Rally’s are known for their taste, value, and innovative offerings. The new restaurant is located at 2310 S. Nevada Highway. The brand has planned an additional location for this year under a multi-unit agreement with LV Foodservice Concepts.
LV Foodservice Concepts is a convenience store and travel plaza operator. The company also operates renowned brands, including Bojangles, Sbarro, Starbucks, and Black Bear Diner. Its Senior Vice President of Operations, Jeanette Davis, is overseeing the operations of Checkers and Rally’s Pahrump restaurant.
“We’re proud to continue growing our partnership with a brand that aligns closely with our operational values and corporate culture,” said Davis. She has more than 35 years of experience in the food industry. She opened the first Checkers and Rally’s location in 2025.
She added, “With the opening of our Pahrump location, Checkers & Rally’s continues to prove a strong fit for our LV Foodservice Concepts travel centers and convenience stores as we strategically expand our footprint across the region.”
Diners can enjoy Checkers and Rally’s wide menu options at the new restaurant. The menu features value combos, burgers, classic wings, fish, hot dogs, fries, sides, desserts, soft drinks, kids’ meals, and family bundles.
Robert Bhagwandat, Senior Director of Franchise Development at Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, also discussed the new opening and collaboration. Bhagwandat mentioned, “As we look ahead, we’re focused on working with entrepreneurs who share our vision and passion for delivering outstanding food and service.
