Sunset Ridge Plaza, a retail center on North Green Valley Parkway in Henderson, may be getting a new Thai restaurant. Licensing paperwork recently filed with Clark County shows plans for concept called Mama Pam Real Thai at 2895 N Green Valley Parkway.

What Now attempted to reach a representative of the project on Monday, but no representative was available for comment.

The project may be connected to the now-defunct Pam Real Thai Las Vegas, which operated at 3650 S Decatur Blvd. Pam Real Thai offered popular items like Pam’s Fried Spring Rolls, Pam’s Steamed Thai Dumpling, Pad Thai Fried Noodle, and Pad See Ew Noodles.

Sunset Ridge Plaza also houses fish and chips restaurant The Codfather. Just south is Green Valley Town and Country, another retail center that is home to a Dotty’s Gaming & Spirits, plus other food and drink locations like Tu Sabor Cafe, Big Mamas Wings & Things, and Thai Chili.

No word is out yet on when Mama Pam Real Thai might open, so keep an eye out for updates as this story develops.
