Man Gai Thai is a new concept set to hit the Las Vegas Valley soon. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new Thai eatery is expected to open in the Richfield neighborhood or the Westside, within the Sahara West Center at 3441 W Sahara Ave B3.

The eatery already has a website and is listed as “coming soon!”

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Samphan Buathong and Otharik Tantrongjit, the owners who were listed on the permit. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

“Two longtime friends. Two experienced chefs. One shared dream,” the Man Gai Thai website reads.

“After decades in the kitchen, we came together in Las Vegas to create MAN GAI — a restaurant built around our love for authentic Thai chicken rice. Made from scratch with quality ingredients and the same care we cook for our family and friends.”

Khao Man Gai (ข้าวมันไก่) is the popular Thai version of Hainanese chicken rice, featuring tender poached chicken served over fragrant rice cooked in chicken fat and broth.

No word just yet on when exactly the new Las Vegas eatery will open, but it comes with a lot of excitement and joy.

We wanted to focus on one of the Thai dishes we truly love — Khao Man Gai, or Thai chicken rice. At MAN GAI, we keep things simple: quality ingredients, authentic Thai flavors, and food made from scratch with the same care we would cook for our own family and friends,” the Man Gai Thai website reads.

“We’re excited to share MAN GAI with Las Vegas, and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we enjoy making it for you.”

We’re sure that as we inch closer to opening, more will be revealed, especially about a grand opening. So keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest.

The Man Gai Thai menu includes a variety of Man Gai dishes, house-made noodle dishes, appetizers, and even house-made desserts & drinks.

Try it all out for yourself when Man Gai Thai debuts in Las Vegas within the Sahara West Center at 3441 W Sahara Ave B3 later this year or early next year.
