A popular Korean barbecue joint is growing its presence in Las Vegas this year.

Master Kim’s Korean BBQ, owned and operated by Freddy Hwang through his company Sapporo Group Management, will open at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino at 2411 W. Sahara Ave.

The management group operates a portfolio including Japanese revolving sushi restaurants, Korean all-you-can-eat concepts and fast-casual Hawaiian poke spots.

The restaurant recently applied for a full on-premise liquor license with the City of Las Vegas, which is currently pending, according to business filings.

The opening will mark the fourth Master Kim’s Korean BBQ location. Existing outposts operate in Spring Mountain, on the Las Vegas Strip and in the Southwest area.

Master Kim’s Korean BBQ’s menu centers on an all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue experience, where diners grill meats at tabletop grills. Options include USDA Prime brisket, marinated short rib, beef bulgogi, spicy pork bulgogi, pork belly, spicy chicken and shrimp.

It also features Korean staples such as bibimbap, a rice bowl topped with vegetables and gochujang sauce, along with cold noodles, soups and a selection of traditional banchan including kimchi and pickled vegetables.

For diners who prefer a plated meal, the restaurant offers bento boxes with options such as kalbi, beef bulgogi, spicy pork bulgogi and chicken bulgogi. Each is served with rice and traditional sides.

Desserts and beverages include ice cream, Korean soju and makgeolli, a traditional Korean rice wine.

While an official opening date has not been announced, an Instagram story reads, “Palace Station coming soon in 2026.” Visit the Master Kim’s Korean BBQ website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for updates.
