Las Vegas’s own Meráki Greek Grill will be expanding soon, with a new location—the Greek food chain’s third—opening on Blue Diamond Road. The company recently filed paperwork for a space at the corner of Blue Diamond and Warbonnet Way, with an estimated construction budget of $350,000.
The restaurant serves a variety of favorite Mediterranean foods, with spreads like tzatziki and hummus served with pita bread; sandwiches including gyros, falafel pitas, and the Meráki Steak Burger; and a selection of entrees like Lamb Chops, Steak Kalamakia, and Scottish Salmon. A “Classics” menu also offers Spanakopita, Yia Yia’s Dolmadakia (stuffed grape leaves), and Avgolemono, a chicken soup with rice and lemon.
The menu also features a variety of combination options, including the Meráki Feast, which includes 2 spreads, 8 Pitas, 8 Dolmadakia, 8 skewers, rice or fries, Classic Greek Salad, 4 desserts, and 4 fountain drinks for $69.95.
Those desserts include Baklava, Mama’s Rice Pudding, Baklava Ice Cream, and others.
“We use the freshest vegetables you can imagine and we believe we are the gold standard for fast-casual Greek food,” owner Joseph Djavairian told What Now Las Vegas in coverage of the restaurant’s second location, on Charleston Blvd., which opened earlier this year.
What now Las Vegas reached out Djavarian on Tuesday for comment on the new location. Djavarian could not be reached.
Details on the new Meráki remain scarce apart from those available in the recent building permit application. The opening date for the Blue Diamond Rd location has not been announced.
